What materials are your scarves made from, and are they suitable for all seasons?
Our scarves are made from high-quality polyester, which is lightweight, durable, and wrinkle-resistant. This material is breathable enough for warm weather while still being perfect for layering during colder months, making our scarves ideal for all seasons.

Where are your hijabs from?
Our hijabs are designed and made in Istanbul, Turkey. Each piece is carefully selected by the Riyah team to ensure they reflect both quality and style, created just for you.

Please note that all purchases are final and non-refundable. Due to the unique nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Do you offer international shipping? Yes, we offer both international and local shipping. We are currently using a third party system for shipping and handling.

How long does shipping take?

  • Local Shipping (within the US): Typically takes 3-5 business days, depending on the USPS service selected.

  • International Shipping: Shipping to countries outside the US, such as Canada or the UK, usually takes between 7-21 business days, depending on customs and the specific carrier service chosen.

How are shipping costs calculated? Shipping costs are determined by the carrier based on package weight, destination, and the shipping service. Please note that we do not have control over shipping costs, as they are directly calculated by the carriers.

Are shipping costs included in the price of the product? No, shipping costs are not included in the price of the product. You will be able to see the exact shipping cost at checkout, which is calculated based on the shipping method you select.

Can I track my order? Yes, once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress.

Do you cover customs duties or taxes for international orders? Customs duties, taxes, and additional fees are the responsibility of the customer and may be charged upon delivery, depending on your country’s regulations.
